Can I pause my subscription and restart it later?

While you cannot pause your subscription, you can cancel your paid subscription and resubscribe when you’re ready. You will continue to have access to all the free features of the App even if you cancel your subscription. Happiest Baby App Premium Subscriptions included with SNOO or Pre-Loved SNOO purchases or SNOO Rentals can neither be paused nor transferred to any other account. See subscription details.

Please note: Once your paid Premium Subscription ends, you will no longer have access to SNOO data, Tracker activities, Premium Timeline content, or advanced SNOO settings. All Premium features will be locked after the subscription ends, and any Premium settings will revert to standard. If you renew your subscription, all data will be restored.   

To restart your subscription:

  1. Navigate to the Profile icon on the bottom right-hand corner of your App screen
  2. Under the Account Settings, click on Subscription
  3. View your Happiest Baby Premium Subscription status, renewal date, and other subscription-related details
