If you purchased a new or Pre-Loved SNOO from Happiest Baby or an authorized partner (like Amazon or Target), the Happiest Baby Premium App Subscription is included FREE for 9 months! We want to support you throughout your parenting journey even after your baby has outgrown SNOO, so we included a little extra time!
Your Happiest Baby App Premium Subscription will begin when you pair your SNOO with the App. Once SNOO is paired, you will automatically have access to all Premium features and functionality for 9 months.
If you are an original owner who is actively using your SNOO on July 15, 2024, and you bought it directly from Happiest Baby or an authorized partner prior to July 15, you will continue to get free access to the Premium features for 9 months beginning when you started using SNOO for this baby. All original owners (those who originally registered SNOO to the App) that ordered prior to July 15th will automatically get a free 9-month Premium Subscription whenever they need it for their next baby, too. Just assign your SNOO to your new baby’s profile in the App. (Note: For free Premium Subscriptions for additional babies, original purchasers should reach out to customer care for further assistance.)
