Is there a warranty for my purchased SNOO?

If for some reason SNOO shows a defect in materials or workmanship during the warranty period of 1 year from the date of receipt of the product, please contact our Customer Care team and have your sales receipt, proof of purchase, and serial number on hand. If such a defect is discovered during the warranty period, we will, at our own discretion, repair or replace your product with just the cost of shipping spare parts or new product.

Please note that this warranty is only valid for goods returned in the original country of purchase. The limited warranty is only valid and applicable for approved use in the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, European Union, and Canada. The warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable. Using the product outside of the approved countries or purchasing it through an unauthorized re-seller automatically voids the limited warranty and any other applicable warranties. 

Our SNOO warranty does not cover defects due to:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Unauthorized repairs
  • Improper usage, maintenance, storage, or cleaning that does not follow the instructions in our manual

Our Product comes with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the Product repaired or replaced if the Product fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Our warranty policy only covers SNOO Smart Sleeper purchases.
