Is there a warranty?

If for some reason SNOO shows a defect in materials or workmanship during the warranty period of 1 year from date of purchase, please contact our customer care team and have your sales receipt, proof of purchase, and serial number on hand. If such a defect is discovered during the warranty period, we will, at our own discretion, repair or replace your product with just the cost of shipping spare parts or a new product.

Please note that this warranty is only valid for goods returned in the original country of purchase. The product is intended for use in the United States, Australia, Canada, and the United Kingdom. The limited warranty is valid only if the product is used in the United States and Australia, and is purchased through an authorized re-seller. The limited warranty is not transferable. Using the product outside of the United States, Australia, Canada, and the United Kingdom or purchasing it through an unauthorized re-seller automatically voids the limited warranty and any other applicable warranties.

Our Product comes with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the Product repaired or replaced if the Product fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
