Flashing Red Light

If your SNOO’s activity button is blinking red, we have some quick and easy steps for you to follow:

  1. Please make sure the Wi-Fi® button is pushed in. The Wi-Fi® button is located next to the power button on the bottom of the platform.
  2. Unplug and plug your SNOO. It will take about 5 minutes to reboot; the button will flash white for several seconds and then turn solid white.
  3. You are now all set to start using SNOO.
